Cozy common areas with inviting décor created a warm atmosphere. Clean and well-maintained spaces added to the overall experience.
Breakfast lacked options, with only a coffee machine and no actual food, despite the higher pricing. The common areas closed at 10 PM, limiting late-night relaxation, and the door code made access a bit cumbersome. I encountered issues with twin beds that split apart when pressure was applied, inconvenient.

The hotel was clean and our room was spotless. The venue employees were incredibly nice. Stunning very central location near use of kitchenette, cathedral and the church at the end of town. Furthermore, in the heart of the town. We had the most quite comfortable few days there.

Beautifully decorated common areas create a cute ambiance.
The advertised breakfast turned out to be just a coffee machine in the lobby with no actual food, really disappointing given the cost. The walls were quite thin, leading to interruptions from noisy neighbors late at night.

Wi-fi was great, but the tv was disappointingly small.

We explored the nearby Church of San Nicolao and enjoyed the fine views at Ponte Novo. The cozy lounge area was perfect. Just a heads up, common areas close at 10 PM, so plan accordingly!
Unfortunately, checkout was stressful. Staff knocked aggressively on our door an hour early.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the center. Common areas are beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The room was quite small, which limited movement, and the heating system was locked at a preset temperature were great. Noise from neighbors was an issue during the night, hindering a restful sleep.

acceptable stay , but room needs improvements
The common areas in the hotel impressed me with their inviting décor. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view . The hotel's location was a huge advantage, as it was easy to explore the nearby sights on foot.
The room I stayed in was quite small, made movement challenging.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially with how clean everything was and that sweet outdoor area to chill out in. The sunny terrace was perfect. Those cozy seating spots made it even better. The only minor issue was that the TV could have been bigger, but it didn't ruin the fun at all ☀️
